DeCarmen Wedding | Richmond Virginia Wedding Photographer

The threat of a hurricane and a little rain didn’t stop Teresa and Steven from celebrating their big day earlier this month. The two were married in an intimate ceremony at St. Edwards Catholic Church in Richmond, followed by a reception at The Boathouse at Sunday Park. It was easy to tell that family is very important to Teresa and Steven as they were surrounded by family and friends, supporting them and loving them throughout the day. There was even a special part in the ceremony where the two stepped into the pews and hugged their loved ones. It was the first time I had seen that and I absolutely loved it. I also loved that the rain stopped long enough for some bride and groom portraits outdoors and how Steven couldn’t keep his eyes off his beautiful bride. Teresa and Steven I wish you a lifetime of happiness and thank you for letting me be a part of your day!
