Photography is more than the click of a shutter; it's creating images that'll last a lifetime
Cows. I started my photographic journey taking photos of beef cattle in the field in front of my childhood home. In high school, I studied photojournalism and yearbook, continuing the journey in college on the yearbook staff and after graduation as a journalist for a weekly newspaper.
I captured my first wedding in 2010 and the rest is, as they say, history. I love capturing the stories of my couples and portrait clients. For me, it's not about how much money I make or how often I'm published, it's about creating memories that will last a lifetime. It's making sure my brides are treated how I would want my daughter treated on her wedding day. It's being there for one of the most important days in my clients' lives and then seeing them again to capture their first photos as a family of three and then four. It's creating images that'll adorn their walls, their children's walls and their grandchildren's walls. It's so much more than just the click of a shutter.
I love Chick-fil-A. My go-to is the eight piece grilled chicken nuggets with a large fry and Coke. However, I'm also fairly obsessed with their breakfast. Egg white grill, no bread, two orders of hash browns. (Don't judge! The boxes are super small!)
There is no better ice cream flavor than Green Mint Chocolate Chip! However, I'm also a fan of Strawberry Frozen Yogurt with lots of colored sprinkles.
I know every line and I've also been to several of the filming locations. If you live in Max Dennison's house and saw a girl take a photo and then run down the street, that was me. Sorry!
I love HomeGoods! It is my favorite place to go when I'm on the hunt for a new piece for my house. I always find the best things in there--some that I need and some that I don't.
I'm currently on Party of Five after rewatching Dawson's Creek, Gilmore Girls, Buffy, Felicity and Sabrina the Teenage Witch. I watched them all when they originally came on, but they just don't make them like they used to.
I know, I know. Jill is obviously going to fall in love with the hunky store owner and bail on her jerkface lawyer boyfriend. And yes, the same actress who plays Jill also plays similar characters in 10 other movies on the same channel. I'm still going to watch it! And, I'm going to start at the end of October when the Countdown to the Countdown to Christmas begins. I may even branch over to Fa La La La Lifetime.
