Vacation Bible School ’13

This summer, Massaponax Baptist Church hosted its annual Vacation Bible School, but really stepped it up a notch. The theme was “Colossal Coaster World,” which meant lots of carnival-type decorations. Thanks to dozens of volunteers, each room had a theme including waterslides, popcorn, cotton candy and more. A roller coaster was even constructed in the sanctuary. More than 100 children enjoyed “Colossal Coaster World” and spent the week singing songs, playing games and learning all about Jesus. I can’t wait to see what they come up with next year.
