Our Signature Process
Upon receiving your inquiry, you'll get back a response with a full wedding pricing guide complete with package options, add-ons and answers to frequently asked questions as well as links to previous galleries so you can ensure our styles match.
01. Consultation

If we're a fit, you'll receive a proposal with full pricing details, payment options and links to sign the contract and submit a retainer. From there, we'll schedule your engagement or bridal session. Then, 30 days prior to your wedding I'll send a questionnaire to get all of your must-haves including family formal groupings.
02. Booking and planning

Before the wedding, let's celebrate the engagement. Engagement sessions allow you to share more about your story and vision, help you get comfortable in front of the camera and let your ring to have its well deserved moment. An engagement session is also a great time to get dressed up, capture amazing images and follow it up with a fun date night. Images from these sessions are excellent for wedding websites and Save the Dates.

Using the information from your questionnaire, I show up at your wedding ready to roll and ensure you have the best day, working in collaboration with your vendors to make your wedding dreams come true. Moments are captured as unobtrusively as possible with a mix of posed and candid photos to tell the story of your day in an authentic way.

You'll receive a sneak peek within a few days of your wedding via social media. The full gallery will be sent within approximately four weeks. The online gallery allows you to not only download high-resolution files for printing, but also to share with friends and family via social media and order a variety of prints and products.

Questions
How far out do we need to book?
It's not uncommon for a date to book a year or even two in advance so as soon as you know, I suggest booking to reserve your date. Don't hesitate to inquire even if your date is quickly approaching.
Do you Travel?
I do travel. Included in my pricing is 100 miles of travel. Anything exceeding that is billed at the current mileage rate of $0.67 per mile.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! You have the option of selecting to make two or four payments. Payments are divided equally and scheduled an average time apart.
Can we order prints and albums?
You have the option of ordering prints and products directly from your gallery. You also receive a print release that allows you to print via the lab of your choosing.
Who are your second shooters?
Often, my husband serves as my second shooter which I find helps to create a relaxed atmosphere for a groom and his groomsmen. When he is unavailable, I am fortunate that I have friends who are in the industry and often select them as second shooters due to the excellent quality of their work.
Can we see a full wedding gallery?
Yes! In the initial response to an inquiry, I include a link to full wedding galleries. I believe this is extremely important as it allows you to see how I handle various settings and lighting conditions.
How many hours of coverage do we need?
On average, couples select eight hours of coverage, but it ultimately depends on the timeline of the day and what you'd like covered.
